Our policy is based on a simple philosophy"We
treat people the way we wish to be treated".
While it is a variation on the "Golden Rule"
that we are all familiar with, it applies in all aspects
of our business.
It is our policy
that we provide our very best work to our clients.
If you are taking the time to trust us with your money,
we wish to deliver the very best in the market place.
It is our policy
to provide fair and reasonable estimates. All of
our projects are based on "estimated" costs.
We believe this to be only fair as our clients work
from budgets also. We do everything in our ability to
maintain that mark. Since we operate on the cutting
edge there is occasion where the original estimate
is exceeded. We believe that a customer has the right
to know what changed the price and it is our obligation
to inform our customers of that change.
It is our policy
to quote our programming and development rates in our
proposals. We believe that we have only the best
people working on projects, and we charge a fair and
competitive fee for everyone's services. There is no
reason for our clients to be surprised by an invoice.
It is our policy
to develop a "best practice" option for our
clients. If there is a way to consolidate or contain
cost, we will search for that option and gladly tell
our clients.
It is our policy
that we check and recheck our work. Everything we
do is an advertisement for our organization and its
people; therefore, we make every effort to strive for
the best that can be done.
It is our policy
that we will not proceed to the next step of any process
without our clients "signature of approval"
for any given phase. This insures that there are
no mistakes or misunderstandings and that money is not
wasted on something that was not needed or intended
to be done.
We operate a business for profit,
not fun. Granted, sometimes our business is fun, but
our goal is to help our clients become more profitable.
Our clients understand this basic business principle
this is what we do for a living. Great talent
comes at a premium.
